Homemade Kombu Soy sauce



  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 Garlic clove, halved
  • 1 strip of dried Kombu
  • 1 cup of Soy sauce


  • Put bay leaf, garlic clove and kombu together into sauce dispenser bottle
  • Fill the bottle with Soy sauce
  • Put the bottle into fridge for about 1 day to rest
  • Good for 2 weeks, keep in fridge


Add a great flavor for Tofu, Sashimi, Sushi or any japanese cuisine!
